Yes. If you would like to return a purchased gemstone, please contact Sapphire Pal within 7 days of delivery to request return approval. Approved returned stones must be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery date and must be unused, unset, undamaged and returned with any original packaging, documents or certificates supplied.
