Both gems were beautiful and certainly of the quality described, they arrived promptly and without hassle. Though in the end I decided to pursue a slightly different design concept, I equally found the customer service to be truly excellent, so helpful, kind and responsive. I will certainly look to purchase from them again one day (soon I hope!).
